We have been watching the news about the train problem. Many unhappy, crying passengers recounting the nightmare: no nappies or milk for babies! 14 hours of hell. So glad you were able to avoid it. They said the bitter cold mixed with the warmth of the tunnel created an electrical problem. Anyway, sounds like you've seen many sights and have great family hosts.
